GramZero – No-Bake Cheesecake with Organic Stevia and Pecan Crust

Ezekiel Diet Note:  This is my second pack of GramZero No-Bake Cheesecake I used with a Pecan Pie Crust.  I want to see how the No-Bake Cheesecake in a Pie Crust does after 2 or 3 days in the fridge. Does the crust get soggy? Will the No-Bake Cheesecake leak and start breaking apart? Note the 16 oz cheesecake packet fills a standard pie crust perfectly.  Notice also it maintains it’s shape well. It slices and serves nicely. This is a 200+ calorie dessert as the crust alone is 120 calories. But, it’s delicious. Very delicious.

Update:  The no-bake cheesecake mixture does not break down after several days in the refrigerator. So it doesn’t cause a graham or pecan pie crust to become soggy. As a matter of fact, in my opinion this mixture gets better after it marinates for a day or two. I don’t think you have to worry about one of these no-bake cheesecakes spending too much time in your fridge. But in a cafe I believe it could easily spend a couple days (or more) in a display cooler.
